Delivery, set up, and pick up
are included with your order.
Policies:

Custom orders must be placed at least two weeks prior to your occasion.

If damage occurs to any sign then you will be charged for replacement of our signs not including damage caused by inclement weather.

If any of the signs are missing upon pick up you will be charged for the replacement of the signs.

We ask that you do not remove any of our signs as this service is included in your pricing.

Please have lawn services done prior to the arrival of your sign.

Sprinklers should be ran prior to set up. Please DO NOT run sprinklers while signs are in the yard. Makes them heavy and will droop. Drying time fee of $15 will be charged.

We require a travel fee for anything over 25 miles from Bridgeton, MO.

We require a 48 hour notice if a cancellation must occur.
Payment:

Payment is required at time of booking.

If damages occur we will invoice for payment of sign.

If cancellation policy is met you will receive a refund towards a future booking.

Hazardous Conditions:

We may be unable to deliver to you on your special occasion due to hazardous weather conditions. We will attempt to reschedule delivery, or a full refund will be issued.
